As other companies continue to make and sell skis like it was 2000 we here at DOWN deliver skis made of the best materials available on the market, and ship directly to you.

Why pay more? For our comeback we have overhauled and improved our legendary COUNTDOWN line and introduce a new LOWDOWN ski. These skis, along a fine selection of bindings and skis, are ready to ship - and we will continue pressing more.

In our 14th season we continued to update the lineup and have designed the series with you in mind and changed a great deal of things directly from your feedback. What we haven't changed is our design concept, high end materials (Austrian-made premium annealed steel edges, carbon, titanal, P-Tex bases and thick nylon topsheets), time-tested sandwich construction, handmade quality, factory direct model, and direct to owner customer service.

What we have changed is that we are now in full control of manufacturing, design and tooling. Not the fifth wheel of some OEM production, but wheels number 1-4. DOWN was and is about original ski designs, and this we can now deliver more than ever.
